Artur Lipkin was born in Russia in 1969. He came to the US for dental school at supposedly USC. He started practicing dentistry in 1998 when he was about 30 years old. Most people are 25 when they start. His wife is Inna Gampel Lipkin. His daughter is Karina Lipkin a 21 year old nursing student born in Ukraine in 1993. They are Russian. He's been sued in small claims court. He sued others in a car accident with his daughter. I noticed a lot of the positive reviews were written by his wife, daughter and mother in law Bella Gampel. Her husband is Arkadiy Gampel born 1952 in Urkaine. Below is a pic of him with his family and friends in his nice home which dental scams have bought. How many people had horrible dental work to pay for his homes? I bet thousands.
